SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery time

If the delivery of your product is in Spain, you will receive them within approximately one (1) to two (2) working days from the date of shipment, deliveries will be made throughout the day, without time preference. For the rest of the European countries, the approximate delivery time will be from two (2) to four (4) working days. 

Castañer may extend delivery times in periods of sales and high season or when an irregularity is detected in the order. The delivery time will never exceed thirty (30) days from the date of order confirmation.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are binding when confirmed by the customer in the purchase procedure. No deliveries will be made on the next business day.

The order of the product shall be binding when the customer confirms it in the purchase procedure.

 

Eome delivery to your home

Deliveries will be made to the place you have indicated in the purchase procedure as long as it is within Spain (except the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla) and also in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Slovakia.

The order of the product shall be binding when the customer confirms it in the purchase procedure.

 

Delivery incidents

We will deliver your products to the address you have indicated in the purchase procedure. If an error in the address is detected, the customer service department will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping addresses must be physical locations accessible to courier companies. We cannot ship to pick-up points or post offices.

If at the time of delivery of the products there was no one at your home, the courier company will make up to three (3) attempts. If your shipment is not delivered after these attempts, your order will be returned to Castañer and you will need to contact the customer service department to arrange delivery.

If you want to change the delivery address after purchasing the product, please contact the customer service department using this form form indicating the order number and the correct shipping address. The change of address will be made if the order has not been shipped. 

At the time of delivery, you must confirm receipt of your order to the courier company.

 

Information on shipping costs

All orders placed on castaner.com and shipped within the European Union are free of charge. Rates are subject to change according to specific promotions. You accept the rate in the order form.

In case the shipment has customs charges, these will be paid by Castañer, you should not pay any amount in customs concept.

Castañer reserves the right to modify these amounts and conditions.
